Prior to launching Sebright Marketing Solutions, Routhier managed the marketing for a $1.5 billion bank and a 24-branch retail banking network with more than 130 employees. She also championed the seamless change and rebrand of a 181-year-old community bank. On top of that, she has managed communication plans facilitating several mergers and acquisitions, as well as system conversions.
